A coding job enters the queue, unassigned.

A coder is assigned; the job is theirs to work.

The coder works the chart, using search, favorites, AI suggestions, and the Documentation panel.

QA Review
The coder submits for QA — coding write access does not include QA sign-off.

Completed / Rework
QA approves (Completed) or returns it with notes (Rework, back to In Progress).
